NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The “Fantasy Royale Austin Ekeler Jersey Giveaway” (“Giveaway”) is a free-to-enter sweepstakes offered inside the Fantasy Royale application. The Giveaway Sponsor is Fantasy Royale LLC (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway is not endorsed by, associated with, or sponsored by the National Football League (“NFL”) or any NFL team. The Giveaway begins on Monday, August 17, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time and ends on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside the Entry Period are void.
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, EXCEPT residents of Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of primary residence, if higher) at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and the members of their immediate families and households, may enter, but are not eligible to win; if such a person is selected, an alternate winner will be drawn. Each Entrant must have a Fantasy Royale account with a valid and unique email address and be the rightful owner of that address; in the event of a dispute over an entrant’s identity, the entry will be deemed made by the person in whose name the email account was opened. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
To enter, log in to your Fantasy Royale account during the Entry Period and tap the “Enter Giveaway” button displayed in the application. No purchase, payment, or subscription is required to enter or win, and a purchase or subscription does not improve your chances of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person and per account for the Giveaway; additional entries or entries generated by script, bot, or other automated means are void. Creating a Fantasy Royale account is free.
One (1) prize: a jersey from Austin Ekeler’s football career; approximate retail value (“ARV”): $125. The prize will be shipped free of charge to the Winner at a valid address within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. The prize is awarded “as is,” and the Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. The prize is a collectible item and is not authenticated, graded, or certified unless expressly stated. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned or substituted by the Winner; if the prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded. The ARV represents the Sponsor’s good-faith determination of retail value; no refund or credit will be given for any difference. Other restrictions may apply.
One (1) potential Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, conducted by the Sponsor within three (3) days after the Entry Period ends. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. The potential Winner will be notified via the email address associated with the entry and must respond as directed within seventy-two (72) hours of the first attempted notification; if the potential Winner does not respond timely, is ineligible, or declines the prize, that entry will be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. The potential Winner may be required to verify eligibility and to complete a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release (unless prohibited by law) before the prize is shipped. The prize will not be awarded until any required documents are properly completed and returned.
By entering, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all respects, and agrees to release and indemnify the Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, injury, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. Acceptance of the prize authorizes the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, voice, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes, in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or unintelligible entries or communications; technical malfunctions, lost connections, or transmission errors; or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, a technical failure, or any other cause beyond its control impairs its administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct, and in such case to award the prize by random drawing from eligible, non-suspect entries received before the impairment. The Sponsor may disqualify any person it believes is tampering with entry or operation of the Giveaway or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION, AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR THE SPONSOR, SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE-OF-LAW OR CONFLICT-OF-LAW RULES. IF ANY PROVISION OF THESE RULES IS HELD INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE, THE REMAINING PROVISIONS REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Giveaway or the prize will be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver provisions of the Fantasy Royale Terms of Use (available at https://fantasy-royale-legal.netlify.app/terms), which are incorporated into these Official Rules by reference. By entering, each Entrant agrees to those provisions.
This Giveaway is sponsored solely by Fantasy Royale LLC. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, this Giveaway in any manner. Questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to the Sponsor, not to Apple or Google.
